Position Overview
The Account Coordinator supports a Senior Account Manager/or Account Managers by managing client relationships and assisting with sales and orders. This is an entry-level customer-focused role with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Act as a primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring inquiries and orders are handled promptly.
Sales Assistance: Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling or cross-selling.
Order Management: Process and track orders, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Nothers’ products and services. Educate clients on our products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
Communication: Communicate effectively with clients through email, phone or in-person meetings.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Education: Post-secondary education in business or marketing; a degree in Corporate, Event, or Sports Management is an asset.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Previous involvement with sports organizations or corporate event planning is an asset.
- Familiarity with the not-for-profit system in Canada is an asset.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Project and time management expertise, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and ERP systems (e.g., Lakeshore).
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Other:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Professional demeanor and presentation
Working Conditions:
- Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
- Office-based role with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Data entry and sitting for extended periods of time.
- Fast-paced position.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
