Role Overview:
The Academic Operations Manager, a.k.a, our Student Success Manager, will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our learning center. This role combines leadership, operational management, and customer engagement to ensure exceptional service delivery and a thriving educational community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a seamless customer experience that is second-to-none by streamlining the operations, delivering customer service standards, and exceeding client’s expectations
- Establish trusting and reliable service that clients trust by defining company service standards and establish quality control measures to ensure client’s needs are met and exceed expectations
- Ensure students’ academic success by embracing continuous improvement and growth mindset in measuring and improving service deliver and quality
- Create operational efficiencies that reduces costs and maximizes productivity across the organization by leveraging technology, optimizing processes, and managing resources
- Drive growth and excellence for the organization by analyzing key metrics and insights to assess performance, identify opportunities, and make informed and strategic business decisions.
- Cultivate a High-Performing Team by displaying excellent team leadership and management skills in recruitment, training, nurturing, and empowerment fostering a culture that cultivates our Vici values.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations by managing staff, budget, and resources and carryout regular business reports to analyze and assess business operations
- Deliver long-term value and loyalty with our clients by building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and team by actively engaging with their needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.
- Support Strategic Decision-Making to drive team’s and students’ success: Use analytics and insights to assess performance, evaluate opportunities, and drive initiatives that contribute to the center’s long-term success.
- Support and contribute to the success of the local education community: Leverage your understanding of the local education system to design and adapt programs that meet the academic goals of students and families.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a leadership role, preferably in the service-based sector.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service and team management.
- Proficiency in operation management software and systems such as: CRM, ERP, Automations, Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with the local education system and community engagement practices is highly desirable.
