Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented A/P & Payroll Support Clerk to join our billing team. This role focuses on processing accounts payable and assisting with payroll preparation, while providing general administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
Duties
- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
- Assist with payroll data entry and preparation
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support administrative tasks within the billing department
Qualifications
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
