The Operations Support Clerk is responsible for a variety of miscellaneous clerical duties.

  • Perform routine clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, faxing, filing, reception relief.
  • Request, receive or retrieve files or documentation from internal or external sources.
  • Receive, sort and post mail from the post office or courier service.
  • Ensure office supplies levels are maintained.
  • Prepare basic Excel or Word reports oe basic forms on behave of team or branch personnel.
  • Perform basic data entry in support of the team.
  • Assist or schedule maintenance for office machines.
  • Input time and attendance information on behalf of management.
  • May coordinate or schedule training or meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines / schedules consistently.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
