  • Detail oriented, able to work in fast paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answering incoming calls professionally and redirecting them where appropriate.
  • Maintaining filing system for customer accounts and company reports.
  • Accurate record-keeping in data entry systems.
  • Support the planning, preparation of weekly auto auction to ensure the auction runs smoothly and customers are provided with a great experience.
  • Strong Computer Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Training will be provided for Auction software.
  • Prior Auction experience or automotive dealership experience an asset.
