工作职责:
- 负责员工的双周薪资处理,包括基本工资、加班费及其他补偿项目;
- 管理公司间交易,并向主要客户开具发票;
- 录入与核对新员工、离职员工、工资调整及税务扣除等信息;
- 计算并处理带薪假期、病假及其他假期的累计与支付;
- 确保薪资发放过程符合联邦、省级及地方法规;
- 准备与提交相关薪资政府报表,处理年终报税如 T4、T4A 等;
- 维护薪资记录,确保数据准确性与合规性;
- 向员工提供薪资相关支持,并协助系统升级;
- 定期进行薪资数据审核,解决差异;
- 使用 QuickBooks 查看银行交易并完成月度银行对账。
职位要求:
- 拥有会计或相关专业的大专或本科学历;
- 至少 2 年加拿大薪资处理经验,有制造业经验者优先;
- 熟悉公司间账目处理及客户开票流程;
- 熟知加拿大各级政府关于薪资和税务的法规;
- 熟练使用 QuickBooks 和高级 Excel 技能;
- 具备良好的数据分析能力、细致认真;
- 时间管理能力强,能按时完成工作;
- 优秀的沟通与人际交往能力;
- 保密意识强,能够妥善处理敏感信息;
- 能使用粤语或普通话与团队沟通。

Job Title: Payroll and Accounts Specialist
About the Role:
This role is posted by GOPLUSCAREER, hiring on behalf of a large investment company based in Ontario. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Accounts Specialist to join a growing team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for someone familiar with Canadian payroll legislation and fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll including wages, overtime, and other compensation;
- Manage intercompany transactions and client invoicing;
- Input and verify employee data for new hires, terminations, salary changes, and tax deductions;
- Calculate vacation, sick leave, and other time-off accruals;
- Ensure payroll compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulations;
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, including T4s and T4As;
- Maintain accurate payroll records in compliance with data protection laws;
- Provide payroll-related support to employees and assist with system upgrades;
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies;
- Reconcile monthly bank transactions using QuickBooks.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in Canada (manufacturing experience preferred);
- Knowledge of intercompany transactions and invoicing;
- Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll and tax legislation;
- Proficient in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills;
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately;
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills required.
