Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all installations meet company standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. WETT certification would be an asset.
Responsibilities
- Install products according to specifications and company guidelines.
- Conduct site assessments prior to installation to ensure proper planning and execution.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to address any installation concerns or requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the installation process.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation and implement effective solutions.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to installations.
Skills
- Strong technical skills with the ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory for travel between job sites.
