We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of inside sales operations, including managing existing clients, supporting Freedom Mobile services and products, wholesaling phones and accessories, and handling wholesale client relationships.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales Operations: Manage day-to-day inside sales operations, including overseeing existing client accounts and sales activities.
- Wholesale Sales: Manage the wholesale distribution of phones, accessories, and related products to clients. Develop and nurture strong relationships with wholesale clients, ensuring consistent sales growth and satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Monitor and achieve sales targets while maximizing profitability for both internal and wholesale sales operations.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve market penetration.
- Order Processing: Ensure accurate order processing, follow-up, and customer satisfaction by handling orders efficiently and resolving any issues promptly.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM and sales software to track leads, sales progress, and client interactions. Maintain accurate records for wholesale transactions and sales.
- Sales Transactions: Handle wholesale and internal sales transactions professionally, ensuring all customer information is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Industry Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of the wireless telecommunications industry to support customer inquiries, product recommendations, and sales efforts.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including inventory and customer service teams, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Basic Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing, or another relevant program.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the wireless telecommunications industry. Familiarity with Freedom Mobile products and services is an asset.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience as an Internal Sales Manager, Wholesale Executive, or in a similar sales role, with a focus on managing both retail and wholesale client relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in tracking client accounts and sales progress.
- Sales & Customer Service: Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, with the ability to identify and respond to customer needs.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems, POS systems, and other sales software applications.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
