The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Website Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee website projects from start to finish—coordinating between clients, designers, and developers to ensure timelines are met and projects shine. While your focus will be on website project management, you may also work on marketing projects and assist with sales.
This role is ideal for a post-secondary student looking to grow their career in design, marketing, or creative project management—with the potential to transition to full-time as our agency grows.
Key Responsibilities
✦ Manage website projects using Asana—setting timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
✦ Coordinate and meet with team members (designers, developers, marketers) and clients to keep communication clear and projects on track
✦ Oversee deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with client goals
✦ Assist in marketing projects and initiatives as needed
✦ Participate in sales—respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up with leads
✦ Maintain organized project documentation and client records
✦ Be willing to travel locally for client meetings, events, or shoots
✦ Be comfortable on camera for client or promotional content
What We’re Looking For
✦ Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (preferably in design, marketing, business, or related field). For the right candidate, this is not a firm requirement.
✦ Sales experience or strong sales skills—comfortable pitching ideas and building client relationships
✦ Perfect for an entrepreneurial, go getter spirit—high commission reward
✦ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✦ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
✦ Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
✦ Familiarity with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma is a strong asset
✦ You can spot design errors on a website and know what makes one look professional versus amateur
✦ You enjoy brand and design—even in your free time—and take pride in producing great work
✦ You’re passionate about the marketing field and find fulfillment in positive client feedback
✦ You actively seek out the latest trends in web design, branding, and marketing
✦ A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to “wear many hats” in a small team
