What you will do

  • Compiles Limbo load research and conducts physical searches for Limbo pallets.
  • Compiles PO research and conducts physical searches as requested by Customer procurement.
  • Performs physical counts of forward pick and reserve locations.
  • Processes Customer Store Returns using WMS.
  • Compiles and reviews Activity History reports for count adjustments and verifies accuracy by completing physical counts of the locations.
  • Daily verification of code dates and updates physical inventory.
  • Performs special counts, verify code dating and package size reviews for Customer procurement, as requested.
  • Reviews and investigates information from Store Shortages of product shortages reported by Customer stores.
  • Performs daily Seafood and Chicken counts and rotation checks and processes appropriate corrections.
  • Assists in the investigation of slot location and replenishment issues.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of (approved) special projects and tasks.
  • Performs Active Zero/Inactive/Unassigned locations checks to ensure proper inventory.
  • Completes additional rotation tasks, counts and reports as directed by Inventory Control Supervisor.
  • Creates blind loads for product found and left at Inventory offices to ensure proper inventory.
  • Performs any and all special requests, tasks and processes as directed by Inventory Control Supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Considerable knowledge of the WMS system as applied to Inventory Control operations.
  • Working skill in operation of handheld unit.
  • Working skill in compiling reports, Excel experience
  • Working skill in customer service.
  • Working skill in verbal and written communication, Microsoft Outlook experience
  • Knowledge of use of pallet jack or ability to be trained.
  • Detail orientated
