We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Warranty & Possession Coordinator to join our team. This role is key in ensuring smooth homeowner possessions and efficient coordination of warranty service requests.
Key Responsibilities-
Possessions:
- Schedule and coordinate homeowner possession dates.
- Conduct possession walkthroughs and orientations with homeowners.
- Review key home features, warranty coverage, and maintenance guidelines with homeowners.
- Ensure all possession documentation is completed accurately and professionally.
Warranty:
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty and service requests.
- Document and assess warranty items, then assign work to trades and service partners.
- Follow up with trades and homeowners to ensure timely completion of service work.
- Maintain organized records of service calls, work orders, and resolutions.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, setting expectations and providing regular updates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential construction, customer service, or warranty coordination is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable leading homeowner walkthroughs and explaining home features.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests and coordinate trades effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction or warranty software is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (site visits required).
