Person holding a ranked academic appointment or its equivalent in another academic institution, and who is invited to pursue research, scholarly or creative activities and/or engage in teaching for a limited definite term within an academic unit of the University.
Expected to give lectures, and to be guest lecturer in student courses and to collaborate with researchers on paper writing / grant writing and anything else.
