Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and organize files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures.
- Maintain effective phone etiquette while handling calls and inquiries.
- Proofread documents to ensure clarity, correctness, and professionalism.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Provide general clerical support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and document management systems.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
