Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled technician or apprentice . For a full time position, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintenance, repairing trucks, trailers and other equipment.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned duties
- Change tires
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Knowledge on powertrains and after-treatment systems
- Complete reports, work orders and order parts
- Perform general and detailed services and repairs
- Communicate issues/concerns to managers as needed
- Knowledge on air brakes, electrical components and hydraulic systems
- Perform roadside services
- Maintain a clean/safe work area
- Teamwork
- Safety conscious and knowledge of general shop safety
Requirements
- English
- Truck-trailer repair experience
- Tire changing experience
- Valid G license
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $19.32-$34.89 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Work Location: In person
