About the Role:
ACQBUILT is seeking a Part-Time Truck Driver to join our Logistics Department. This role involves hauling and delivering materials using flat deck trailers to residential construction sites in Edmonton and surrounding areas. You’ll be responsible for legal load securement, pre/post trip inspections, and operating safely with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, haul, and deliver materials to construction sites.
- Adhere to safety regulations, secure loads properly, and maintain legal logbooks.
- Complete pre and post trip inspections and report issues promptly.
- Follow transport schedules and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Maintain and operate flat deck equipment with attention to legal compliance.
- Uphold company and OHS safety standards on every job.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Class 1 license preferred; Class 3 with Air Brakes accepted.
- Experience with standard transmission and flat deck trailers.
- Comfortable hauling wide loads and navigating residential job sites.
- Picker truck operation experience is an asset.
- Able to push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Good color vision and manual dexterity required.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and occasional hazardous environments.
- Availability for late afternoons, evenings, and possible weekend shifts.
Schedule:
- 15–25 hours per week based on schedule and company needs.
- Late afternoon/evening shifts with occasional weekend work.

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
