### Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tire Technician with service truck experience to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire repairs, replacements, and maintenance for our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
### Responsibilities:
- Perform tire repairs, replacements, and rotations
- Mount and balance tires on vehicles
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
- Assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
### Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair
- Ability to lift heavy objects (tires) and perform physical tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in tire repair and maintenance
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive service center is a plus
