The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Tim Hortons locations within Ottawa/Nepean, ON. This includes working closely with Restaurant Managers by providing leadership and direction, to ensure Tim Hortons standards are met and exceeded.
The Operations Manager will coach Restaurant Managers on all aspects of their restaurants. Including business and financial results, effective operations, health and safety, team member engagement and guest satisfaction. This individual possesses strong financial acumen and business development skills and will have the ability to analyze information such as sales, food & paper, labour and overhead expenses to determine appropriate solutions for growth.
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive managerial experience in the QSR sector.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 + years of management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant. Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to provide phenomenal guest service. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a necessity.Ability to work at the store level to ensure the Company’s and Brand’s operational standards are met. Can work well under pressure and is able to multi-task and prioritize. Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills. Open availability and reliable transportation are a must.
