Opportunity

We are looking for a creative, hardworking and upbeat individual to join our Food Service team in the Housing Services Department. In this role, you will help prepare and serve nourishing meals for individuals who are residents of Lift’s Supportive Housing.

This role includes a little bit of everything in a busy commercial kitchen environment: receiving and storing inventory; preparing ingredients and meals; serving food and interacting with clientele; kitchen clean-up and dishwashing; and general assistance to the Food Services Coordinator.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who is committed to making a difference in the lives of the people we serve. A team player who can work collaboratively with food service colleagues, support teams, and clients. This is a role that will suit someone who has a passion for making food and feeding others, and who believes everyone in our community deserves access to nourishing meals and safe, affordable, dignified housing.
