Telephone Operator

Amtrak Communications 2019 Inc. is looking for Full-time Phone Operator to join our team in Regina, SK.

As a Phone Operator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring that all incoming calls are answered and transferred appropriately
• Making outbound calls to prospects and clients to obtain necessary information to close the sale
• Maintaining accurate and timely records and reports
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding status of sales, contracts, or other matters
• Handling complaints, questions, and concerns from customers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center or related position (no experience necessary)
• This shift is 3pm-11pm Wed to Sun on a fixed schedule.
• Familiarity with the principles of telephone etiquette and etiquette for oral communication
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• Criminal background check.

● Computer Requirements (Must have own computer)
○ Processor: Minimum 2.0 GHz speed with either Intel 9th Generation
with minimum Dual Core, Apple M1/M2, or AMD Ryzen 7 and above.
Recommended to not use a C+G type processor.
○ Memory: Minimum 16 GB of RAM and above.
○ Hard Drive: SSD suggested with 128 GB minimum total disk size
with 50 GB of available hard disk space and above.
○ Resolution: Capable of supporting at least 1280x800 resolution.
○ Supported Operating Systems:
● PC equipped with Microsoft Windows 11

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
