Job Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Representative to help grow our monthly sales beyond our current baseline. This role involves speaking with customers who often have technical questions about product compatibility and setup. You’ll be responsible for guiding them to the right solution and closing new business. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and explain technical information are key to success in this role.
The position includes a base salary of $2,500/month, with commission on all sales that exceed our current average.
What You'll Do
- Connect with new customers via phone, email, and digital outreach
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
- Explain technical details in a simple and helpful way
- Close sales and support ongoing customer relationships
- Track your activity and results in our CRM
- Collaborate with the team to improve campaigns and outreach
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or customer-facing experience involving technical products or services
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand product features and use cases
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a small team and growing environment
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge (or willingness to learn)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $2,500 CAD/month
