Overview We are seeking a Sushi Chef and a Sushi Helper to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for creating exquisite sushi dishes and providing an exceptional culinary experience for our customers.
Responsibilities (Sushi Chef)
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist in developing new sushi recipes and menu items
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
Responsibilities (Sushi Helper)
- Assist the Sushi Chef with ingredient preparation and basic sushi-making tasks
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi station
- Support with ingredient handling and other kitchen duties
- Follow food safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Certification in food safety is a plus
