Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our operations, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. As a Team Member, you will engage in various tasks that contribute to the smooth running of our establishment, from food preparation to cashiering.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
