As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food handling, cash handling, and maintaining food safety standards within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders.
- Handle food safely and efficiently, adhering to all food safety guidelines and regulations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen facilities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining quality service.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
