You will be working on a Hybrid office schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.

Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) was founded in 2009 to provide execution, clearing, custody and back-office support services to Canadian-based brokerage firms and the Canadian brokerage arms of global-based firms. A leader in the independent clearing broker and custodian marketplace, FCC has grown to become the second-largest clearing firm in Canada with $13 (CAD) billion in assets under administration.

The Team Manager, Mutual Funds manages a functional team of operations employees. This role manages the day to day operations of assigned teams ensuring processing volumes across all available queues and Service Level Opportunities (SLO) are met. This role is responsible for ensuring that Fidelity's brand and reputation is protected by adhering to Fidelity's compliance and risk framework.

The Mutual Funds department is responsible for settlements, reconciliation, and processing of rejected trades.  The administrators provide feedback on rejected trades to the branches, as well as liaising with the various mutual fund companies for various requests.
