Liberty Tax Service is the country’s fastest-growing retail tax preparation firm, with over 2,000 office locations in Canada and the United States. We are looking for an Income Tax Preparer for Liberty Tax Service office to file T1 returns starting February 1, 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough client interview
- Accurately Input all client's information into the tax preparation software
- Preparation of T1 personal tax returns
- Scanning and general office duties related to income tax return preparation
- Printing and Assembling personal tax returns and organizing the supporting documents for the client
- Ability to work independently and to solve problems on your own
- Highly organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with an ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines, preferably ahead of schedule
Qualifications:
- MUST have proficient typing skills and be fluent in the English language (Required)
- Ability to format emails and letters correctly.
- Must be proficient with using the following programs and software
- Microsoft office

We provide pre-season and on the job training. This position is seasonal, full-time with the opportunity for future hiring positions. Candidates will be trained for the upcoming part/full time tax season. We are looking for the right candidates for future growing opportunities in our organization.
