The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics within company system
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques, including social media platforms and partner programs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role within Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Experience in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Ability to manage candidate expectations professionally.
- A background in sales or familiarity with sales roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
