WD Swim is actively seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Swim/Aquatic Instructors for our Richmond Hill facility.
Position Overview
As a Swim/Aquatic Instructor, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, engaging, and enjoyable aquatic programs to swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Your energy, passion, and commitment to excellence will help ensure every guest and member has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Passionate about swimming, fitness, and working with people of all ages
- Experience leading aquatic classes (up to 4 students per class) is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification (required)
- Aquafit Instructor certification is an asset
- New instructors welcome — comprehensive training is provided
- Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Available to work evenings (Monday to Friday) and/or weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Scheduling & Hours
- Flexible scheduling — select shifts that match your availability
- Part-time: Up to 20 hours/week
- Full-time: 20+ hours/week
