Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- To effectively manage the reception office i.e. answering telephone calls, accurately maintaining all daily logs
- Maintain all files in a neat and orderly fashion
- Participate as a member of a case management team as requested by your team leader
- Facilitate resident re-integration by networking with other community based agencies
Qualifications:
- Responsible and team oriented individual who is also able to work independently
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) essential
- Post-Secondary Education in Corrections, Justice or Social Work and/or at least two years’ experience in corrections or related fields
Successful candidate will be required to provide upon hiring:
- A clear reliability screening
- Participate in our online Armatus Abuse Training and Health and Safety training required upon hiring, as well as updated annually
- Valid Emergency First Aid and CPR
- Proof of relevant education/training
HOURS:
- Part Time at Bunton North: Saturday and Sunday 15:00hrs until 23:30hrs
- Anticipated Start Date: Saturday June 21st, 2025
- Anticipated end date Sunday February 08, 2026
Compensation:
The target hiring range for this position is $25.28 to $25.28 with a maximum of $25.28.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
