WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Supply Chain Analyst and Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting CPI’s Canadian field service operations. This hybrid role combines analytical supply chain planning with hands-on warehouse execution to ensure our service parts and hardware are available where and when they’re needed. You’ll analyze parts usage trends, forecast demand, and manage inventory levels while also handling daily logistics including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Analysis & Planning

  • Analyze service parts usage and trends across the Canadian market.

  • Forecast demand and optimize inventory levels to support field service operations.

  • Collaborate with service teams to ensure accurate planning and timely availability of parts.

  • Monitor KPIs related to inventory turnover, fill rates, and service level performance.


Warehouse Operations

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders.

  • Pick, pack, and ship service parts and hardware daily to support field service needs.

  • Maintain organized and efficient warehouse space, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits.

  • Driving a forklift


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Field Service, Procurement, and Logistics teams to align supply chain activities with service goals.

  • Support escalations related to part availability and shipment delays.

  • Assist in implementing process improvements for warehouse and supply chain operations.


Qualifications
:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, inventory planning, or warehouse operations.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).

  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 23 kg. and operate warehouse equipment.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience in a service parts environment is a strong asset.
