- Supervise and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold brand standards
Train and mentor new team members
Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor product quality
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Assist with daily cash handling and reporting
Promote a positive team environment and foster strong communication
Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace policies
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure
- Passion for excellent customer service
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
