Job Overview
We are seeking two dedicated supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, above 18 and wlling to get pro-serve. This role involves overseeing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Supervisor will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining the overall efficiency of the store.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
- Opening and Closing of the store
- Oversee daily operations, including stocking, supervising, serving.
- Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Providing a veriety of services to customers
- Maintain effective communication with team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience is preferred but training will be provided
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in POS systems, cash handling
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a remote location. Elkwater is a provincial park lcated 41 minutes from medicine hat. There is housing available from September to April.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
