Position Summary
We are seeking a Temporary Hardware Order Puller for the summer. This part time role works closely with the Operations and Delivery teams, assembling the hardware orders for deliveries and pickups. The shifts are between Monday - Friday until August 31, 2025. The wage range is $20 - $24 per hour.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers.
• Maintain an emphasis on a safety culture, customer service, and efficiency as top priorities.
• General housekeeping duties, stocking of merchandise or various yard and warehouse tasks are as required or directed by management.
• Practice and promote workplace safety standards.
• Assemble hardware orders for deliveries and pickups with 100% accuracy.
• Follow warehouse board process.
• Utilize and keep the Hardware board up to date.
• Maintain impeccable communication regarding; Short stock, damaged stock, Special order hardware, time management (same day orders, workload management)
• Perform Auditing on orders (both hardware and all other shipping orders)
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications

• A broad knowledge of building supplies is necessary.
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Forklift experience an asset.
• Available to work a variety of hours.
• Competitive spirit and results driven.
• Flexible and eager to learn new things.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Pulling, pushing, bending and torso twisting movements to transfer materials.
