Key Responsibilities
- Execute pre-event setup of all suite equipment and service ware, including hot boxes, chafer stands, fuel cells, cold wells, risers, linen, glassware, and condiments.
- Complete post-event teardown of suites, including the return of all reusable items to the pantry and storage areas, disposal of waste, and preparation for turnover.
- Prepare back-of-house staging areas and coordinate the distribution of smallwares to suite locations.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all suite counters, credenzas, floors, and trash receptacles before and after each event.
- Assist with inventory restocking and rotation of supplies within pantries and storage rooms.
- Respond promptly to event-time needs for additional equipment, replenishment, or emergency resets.
- Communicate any damage, shortages, or safety concerns to the Suite Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in banquet setup, hotel housekeeping, catering operations, or foodservice is strongly preferred.
- Ability to handle physical workload and manage setup/tear-down timelines effectively.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Must follow all food safety, health, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Working Conditions
- High-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exposure to indoor kitchen conditions and suite levels (subject to temperature/humidity).
- Work performed across multiple stadium levels, including use of elevators, stairs, and long hallways.
- Collaborative environment with interaction across kitchen, pantry, and service staff.
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs (e.g., hot boxes, trays, beverage tubs).
- Prolonged standing and walking for the entirety of the shift.
- Regular bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching while staging or clearing suites.
- Must safely push/pull wheeled equipment over long distances and uneven flooring.

- Cleaning equipment (brooms, mops, sanitizer spray, gloves)
