Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sub Prime Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The title will be Store Manager and the duties that are associated with such a position.
If you have a solid track record either as a top performing automotive sales representative or manager and are ready for the next step, The Car Club is an established leader in used car sales and non-prime finance with over twenty years of history.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, with a proven track record of managing sales pipelines in a CRM, sales staff and achieving targets. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills, effective communication, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate must have strong administrative skills, interpersonal skills, and be highly motivated to earn well. This is the type of role that rewards hard work. Working daily in the dealership CRM, ensuring staff follow established guidelines and best practices for lead management and appointment setting combined with in person meetings a with clients to close deals and deliver units.
Duties
- Implement proven effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts.
- Collaborate with the GM to ensure adequate and balanced inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Open and close the store on scheduled work days.
- Hire, staff and train the sales team.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools for tracking performance.
- Experience in retail sales or dealership environments.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly valued; proficiency in French is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for creating and negotiating deals leveraging the dealership software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
