Duties

- Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized by managing inventory levels effectively.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a positive shopping environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong skills in sales management, time management, training development, recruiting, supervising, and interviewing.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations.
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
