Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled candidate to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facility including storage and uhaul rentals.
Responsibilities
- Rent Uhaul trucks and storage units
- Basic cleaning of facility - including garbages, washrooms, sweeping, etc
- Handling overdue payments
- Receiving payments
- Monitoring security of building
- Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
- Show storage units, explain the terms of rental agreements and prepare rental contracts.
- Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work.
- Ensure that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and available for new customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
