We’re hiring a <strong>Senior Technical Success Analyst</strong> to lead technical client relationships, drive delivery efficiency, and collaborate closely with product and engineering. We’re looking for someone with strong expertise in <strong>architecture, DevOps, and microservices</strong> who can proactively drive execution and bridge business and technical teams.</p>

<p><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>2+ years of hands-on experience</strong> with the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proven ability to use <strong>Jira and Jira Advanced Roadmaps (Plans)</strong> to manage delivery timelines, track dependencies, and align cross-functional teams</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Demonstrated success in <strong>managing technical client relationships</strong>, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and coordinating with developers to resolve issues</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong ability to <strong>communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders</strong> and translate business goals into actionable engineering tasks</p>
</li>
<li>Experience working with <strong>microservices architectures, CI/CD pipelines, or containerized deployments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)</strong></li>
