Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Spray Foam Helper/Insulation Installer to join our team. Experience in spray foam/insulation is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Assist spray foam crew and install batt & poly, and blown-in insulation for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare job sites and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Operate and maintain insulation equipment, including spray foam rigs
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
- Work effectively to meet deadlines
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure job quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license (Air brakes endorsement a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Certifications (WHMIS, First Aid, UFC, Fall Protection) are an asset but not required

Compensation
- Pay range will be $30-$32/hr based on experience.
