We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate who is passionate about health and fitness to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail sales and customer service, with the ability to engage customers effectively and drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs, and promoting our products through effective merchandising and product demonstrations.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding.
- Utilize technology sales techniques to promote various products effectively
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store to attract customers.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within designated shifts
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity wiith technical products is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and merchandising standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
