4-month internship (September to December)
As a sponsorship and donation intern, you help build, operate and promote the department's portfolio of partnerships. You'll help guide, support, provide ongoing training and develop donation and sponsorship tools for all of Desjardins (caisses, business sectors, support functions and senior management). You'll help analyze requests for advice and support received across Canada, assess the situation, make recommendations and share them with requesters. You'll contribute to more in-depth discussions on complex requests and support managers. You actively support the team in carrying out large-scale projects, including: business positioning, performance measurement, etc. More specifically, you will be required to :
Help assess and manage sponsorship and donation requests by ensuring they are aligned with the organization's objectives.
Help develop strategies to maximize the impact of partnerships, particularly in terms of visibility and community engagement.
Support the coordination of sponsorship activations, ensuring smooth execution and good collaboration with partners.
Work with internal teams (marketing, communications, etc.) to ensure that initiatives are consistent with the brand image.
Monitor industry trends, best practices and similar initiatives in other organizations.
Help collect and analyze data to measure the impact of sponsorships and donations (for example,: performance indicators, visibility, impacts).
What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication
Your educational institution must credit / certify the internship for a bachelor's degree
Knowledge of French required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
