This is a non-union positionThis role will provide business leadership on technology-related projects within Customer Care Operations, including approval of business requirements and project scope. The Specialist, Project Support will advocate for an optimized customer experience and ensure it is embedded into the delivery.
Collaborate closely with project leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery, emphasizing accurate business testing execution, OCM or relevant experience planning, implementation, and support.
What You Will Do:
Provide business leadership on technology-related projects within Customer Care Operations, including making decisions and approving business requirements and project scope.
Advocate for optimal customer experience principles and ensure these are incorporated into solutions.
Work closely with project leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery, focusing on business testing execution, OCM planning, implementation, and support.
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to partners.
Gather Customer Care Operations partner project requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Present results, insights, requirements, and designs in a compelling way to leadership and partner teams.
Who You Are:
You have a degree in Accounting, Engineering, Business, Economics, or Information Technology (or equivalent work experience).
You possess 5+ years of Customer Care experience in the utility sector or related experience.
You have 5+ years of experience working closely with technology professionals on projects in the utility sector.
You have experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in digital product management.
Understanding of Enbridge Gas customer digital channels - IVR, Chatbot, and My Account web portal and mobile apps.
You possess strong leadership, innovative, team-focused, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred: Experience with SAP S4 HANA & Project management certification
