What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in subprime finance (dealership experience preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of success.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with dealership software is a plus).
- A self-motivated, positive attitude with a drive for innovation.
Compensation & Schedule
- $80,000 - $150,000 annually (100% commission)
- Flexible rotating schedule – 6- and 4-day weekly schedule. Monday to Saturday one week, Monday to Thursday the following week – rotated.
