Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal, but not required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Prepare treatment rooms for therapists when necessary
- Operating Laundry Machines, putting in linen to wash, dry and fold.
- Maintaining the spa and washrooms clean
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Display a positive, energetic attitude
- Be a team player
- Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
- Perform various other duties as assigned
- Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office
- Ability to multitask
