About The Beard Struggle
The Beard Struggle is a premium men’s lifestyle and beard care brand with a passionate global community. We are expanding our TikTok Shop presence and seeking a Social Media & TikTok Shop Manager to lead our live selling, content strategy, and creator collaborations.
What You’ll Do:
- Host TikTok Shop Lives to showcase and sell The Beard Struggle products in an engaging, high-energy way.
- Plan, shoot, and edit TikTok content to align with trends and brand identity.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across TikTok and other platforms.
- Reply to comments, DMs, and engage with fans and other creators to build community.
- Build and manage a network of micro and mid-tier creators (“content army”) to amplify brand reach.
- Track performance metrics and optimize for sales, engagement, and growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven TikTok content creation and live selling experience.
- Charismatic, sales-driven personality with on-camera confidence.
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop algorithms and analytics.
- Quick content turnaround with trend adaptation.
- Experience managing influencer/creator relationships is a plus.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $60,000/year ($5,000/month).
- Commission: 5% on all TikTok Shop Live sales you host.
- Quarterly Bonus: Up to $5000/year for hitting sales, engagement, and creator program KPIs.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
