Are you someone who just gets content?
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can think, shoot, and post — someone who lives and breathes branding, storytelling, and execution.
This is not a “schedule it and forget it” kind of role.
We're looking for someone who can own our social presence from strategy to content creation to growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create original content — including videos, photos, reels, stories, and captions
- Capture and produce behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and business content
- Build and manage content calendars with purpose and direction
- Stay ahead of social media trends — and know when to ignore the noise
- Manage, grow, and engage with our audience across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Align content with brand tone and messaging
Who You Are:
- Highly creative and visually driven — but organized
- Comfortable behind and in front of the camera
- Sharp strategist with strong execution skills
- Passionate about social media, storytelling, and brand voice
- Quick-thinking, adaptable, and obsessed with performance and results
- Bonus: Experience in real estate, finance, or content creation
Nice to Have:
- Photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Understanding of paid ads and analytics
- Portfolio or work samples — please include links if available
