Autorama, Toronto’s Pre-Owned Superstore, is looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Strategist to bring our brand to life online. From showcasing standout vehicles and exclusive promotions to capturing authentic behind-the-scenes moments, you’ll create high-quality, engaging content that drives connection, trust, and growth across our digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos and photos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
- Maintain and execute a consistent content calendar
- Write engaging captions and select effective hashtags
- Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and shares
- Stay on top of content trends and suggest fresh ideas regularly
- Capture real-time content during showroom visits, events, or vehicle deliveries
- Maintain a well-organized content library for reuse and campaigns
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation (portfolio or examples required)
- Skilled in mobile video editing apps like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Rush, or similar
- A strong visual sense with attention to lighting, framing, and storytelling
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
- On-site availability at our North York showroom
- Experience in automotive, lifestyle, or retail content is an asset
- Bonus: Photography or lighting knowledge is a plus
- General vehicle knowledge or a passion for cars is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with SEO is a valuable asset.
