Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SMS marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and promotions.
- Build and segment subscriber lists to ensure targeted messaging and compliance with opt-in requirements.
- Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy for SMS campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CTR, conversion, opt-outs, revenue impact).
- Ensure compliance with TCPA, CASL, GDPR, and carrier guidelines for SMS marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SMS campaigns with email, social, and paid media strategies.
- Test and optimize campaign timing, frequency, and messaging for maximum engagement.
- Manage relationships with SMS platforms/providers (e.g., Twilio, Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript).
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SMS Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketer, or CRM Manager.
- Strong understanding of SMS marketing best practices, regulations, and deliverability.
- Knowledge of platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, Twilio, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data dashboards.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft concise, engaging messages.
- Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, retail, or subscription-based businesses.
