As a Skilled Maintenance Technician your role is to provide assistance to repairs and any retrofitting for residential, and commercial units. At Braebury you will be responsible coordinating with the service division and relaying activities accordingly with management.
Responsibilities Include
- Work as a group or independently on projects
- Able to complete tasks in a reasonable time frame
- Report with managers on daily activities
- Routinely Fill out work order and time-sheets
- Demo Work
- Finishing
- Adjusting Doors and Hardware
Strong Candidates will possess the following:
- Hold a valid ‘G’ driver’s license
- Doors and window repair
- Flooring Removal
- Light Plumbing
- General Carpentry
- Light HVAC Knowledge
· Minor plumbing/electrical repairs
· Caullking
· Exterior foundation work
· Framing
· Floor repairs
· Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to work from varying hours between 7:30 AM-4 PM Monday to Friday.
