We work closely with developers, general contractors, and consultants to deliver well-executed and coordinated results.
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Superintendent / Project Manager to lead our custom home and renovation projects, typically ranging from $5M–$10M. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, field-level coordination, and project oversight experience, with a background in complex, high-quality residential builds. You are not only technically capable but also a reliable team player and problem-solver with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and project management for custom homes and major renovation projects.
- Coordinate building materials installation scopes (windows, doors, kitchens, cladding, flooring).
- Develop and manage schedules, progress tracking, and reporting using Procore and Fieldwire.
- Lead site meetings, manage subcontractors, and ensure work is executed per design and schedule.
- Conduct quality control and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Resolve issues on-site proactively with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to achieve project objectives.
- Review construction drawings, manage RFIs, submittals, and document changes using Bluebeam.
- Support budgeting, estimating, and value engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in custom home or major renovation projects ($5M–$10M).
- Proven ability to manage site operations and project delivery from start to finish.
- Proficient in Procore, Fieldwire, and Bluebeam.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building material systems, and trade sequencing.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude—able to lead by example.
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management or related field is an asset.
Additional Information
- Office based in Vancouver, BC.
- Projects are across the Lower Mainland; regular travel to site is required.
