We’re looking for a Site Labourer to join our busiest and most dynamic high-density construction sites. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Site Superintendent and team with day-to-day operations.
- Keep the site clean, safe, and organized, following all safety protocols and contributing to a positive jobsite culture.
- Help manage deliveries, site traffic, and homeowner access during active construction.
- Pitch in with site clean-up, materials handling, and basic construction tasks as needed.
- Assist in maintaining safety logs, daily reports, and other site documentation.
- Be a team player—communicate clearly, help others where needed, and stay solution-focused when things shift on the fly.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of construction experience (high-density residential or commercial is a plus).
- Basic understanding of construction practices, tools, and site safety.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to site.
